First Workout of the season!
Here the details:
1- 20 min of soft running.
2- Warm Up: general warm up. Exercises for preparing all muscles and articulations. Soft Sprints, mobility exercises, dynamic stretches and explosive exercises.
3- Sprints: 2x (3x80m) max speed recovering 3 and 6 minutes. In between Sprints combine different types of push ups and abs excercices.
